Where is Willowbend?
Willowbend is located in Napa near the Silverado Trail and just minutes from downtown Napa near shops, services, medical facilities, parks and restaurants. Best known for its picturesque hills, vineyards, wineries, and resorts, Napa is located in the heart of the valley. Take Silverado Trail to Coombsville Road, then right on Terrace Drive, right on Liberty and right on Capitola Drive.

Who is building Willowbend?
O'Brien Homes is the developer/builder of Willowbend. O'Brien Homes has a long history of building quality homes in Northern California. Founded in 1976, O'Brien Homes has built thousands of award-winning new homes in the Bay Area. Some of its recent communities include:

How many homes will be built at Willowbend?
There will be a total of 25 homes when the community is completed. The homes range from approximately 2000 square feet to 3,100 square feet with five-plans and two exterior elevations. The majority of homes are two-story.

What size are the lots?
Each home is located on its own lot. Lot sizes range from approximately 5,600 to 8,700 square feet. Each home has a backyard surrounded by a good neighbor fence.

What is the pricing for Willowbend?
Pricing will range from the low $700,000's to mid $800,000. Final pricing will be determined at the time the homes are released for sale.

Is there a Homeowners Association at Willowbend?
Willowbend does have a Homeowners Association that will be responsible for maintaining certain common area features and amenities throughout the community. The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's) set forth in detail those obligations.

What are the Homeowners dues and what will they cover?
Homeowners' dues are estimated to be approximately $120 per month during the first fiscal year. Dues may increase over time as costs of services increases.

Each homeowner will be individually responsible for the exterior and interior maintenance of their home, back and side yards, and good-neighbor fences. Each homeowner will pay for their own gas and electricity, water and sewer and garbage pick-up.

What should I do if I am interested in purchasing a home at Willowbend?
To become a Preferred Buyer and eligible to participate in our sales releases, you must first become pre-approved with our preferred lender representative, Charles Christenson at CWC Home Loans. CWC offers competitive mortgage programs and provide excellent service to our new home clients. They are very familiar with the new home financing process and our procedures.

How will the homes be released for sale?
Pre-approved Buyers are notified of release dates by telephone. Please make sure the sales office has your current contact information.
